Return Policies, etc.

If you are unhappy with your item, please get in touch and we will see what we can come up with as options. We try our best to satisfy every customer. We do offer size exchanges in clothing and footwear (with the return shipping being at your cost) size replacement at our cost. We are a small boutique and growing and Shipping expenses continue to increase.

Any returns must be made within 30 days of the original order date. 

All sales are final on holiday themed items, perfumes, and clearance merchandise. 

If your order does not meet our return policy requirements stated above, it will not be accepted as a return, and you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Any items rejected for return will require a re-shipping fee of $9.95. If we do not receive the re-shipping fee within 7 days, we will donate all items to charity on your behalf.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged on return shipments. Please package all items securely.

Return Process

To return items, you must include your original sales receipt. We suggest that you send items back to Merc Boutique using a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.  Return items are to be sent to the following address:
